In the modern day, Gifu Prefecture’s Sekigahara is a peaceful land filled with beautiful rural landscapes, however, in the year 1600, it was a location where the entire country's military commanders would gather, and is also the location where one of Japan’s largest fights in history took place.
To this day, various famous spots from that battle such as where it started and ended, “Sasaoyama” where the western forces main power “Ishida Mitsunari” lost his battle, “Jinbano” where the eastern forces main power “Tokugawa Ieyasu” won the battle in the end among many more famous locations relating to samurai.
